Terms & License
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These terms (the “Agreement”) govern your use of Luxaudica (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
Your license
Luxaudica is sold as a one-time purchase (USD $200) granting a perpetual license — there is no subscription. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial visual performance.
Free trial
Luxaudica includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. When the trial ends, a license is required to keep using the Software.
What you may do
- Use Luxaudica to create and perform visuals — at home, in venues, on streams, and in recordings, including commercially.
- The visuals you produce with the Software are yours.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lend the Software itself.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent the law expressly permits despite this restriction.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
- Use the Software unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
Ownership
The Software — its code and its built-in scenes and assets — remains the property of the Luxaudica developer. This license does not transfer ownership; all rights not granted are reserved.
Health & safety (photosensitivity)
Luxaudica can produce fast, bright, flashing visuals that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy or cause discomfort. Use the in-app Reduce flashing setting (and macOS Reduce Motion), and take care when displaying to an audience. You are responsible for safe presentation.
Updates
We may provide updates to the Software; unless they ship with their own terms, this Agreement covers them.
No warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Luxaudica developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by our checkout provider; refund eligibility follows the policy stated at checkout.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensor is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
